Privacy Policy

What we collect and why

When you sign up we collect your email address and login credentials so you can access your account. We also store the brand info, handles, promotional links, tone, and call to action wording you save in Settings, because those inputs are used to personalize the content the AI writes for you.

When you generate a comment, caption, or run a post search, we store a record of that generation so we can count usage against your daily limits and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Payments

Payments for the Pro subscription are processed by Square. Card numbers and full payment details are handled entirely by Square on their own hosted checkout and never touch our servers. We only receive a customer reference and subscription status so we can grant Pro access. Square asks for a phone number at checkout to identify your customer record; that detail stays with Square and is not stored by ReplyLab.

Post discovery

Some Find Posts features use a third party provider (Apify) to fetch public posts from TikTok and Instagram, and to scan public Facebook groups that you have joined and added to your account. We send only the keywords, hashtags, profiles, or group URLs you enter. We do not send your account credentials for those platforms and we do not access private content.

AI generation

Prompts and post text you submit to the AI are sent to our AI provider only to produce the comment or caption you asked for. We do not use your content to train third party models.

Your controls

You can edit or clear your saved settings at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account from the Danger zone in Settings, which removes your profile, saved settings, generation history, and login. If you need help or want us to delete your data manually, email contact@haiglerdigital.com.
