Using ReplyLab
ReplyLab helps you generate social media replies, captions, and related content. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You will use the app for lawful purposes only, and you will not use it to harass, spam, impersonate others, scrape private data, or generate content that violates the law or the rules of any social platform.
Subscriptions and billing
ReplyLab offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Square at the prices shown on the upgrade page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
No platform affiliation
ReplyLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Meta, or any other platform. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for following each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising rules when using content generated with ReplyLab.
Your content and your responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content generated with ReplyLab. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate for a given context. You should read every reply and caption before posting and make sure it fits your audience, your brand, and the rules of the platform you post to.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or change features from time to time. We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; when we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
